Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and positive behavioral supports Commitment to maintaining professional, ethical standards Flexibility to support students with various needs across K-12 grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral intervention and support based on individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support classroom and school-wide behavioral initiatives Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress toward behavioral goals Adapt support strategies to meet diverse student needs in inclusive or specialized classroom settings Engage in regular communication with the BCBA and other professionals involved in students care Foster a positive, respectful learning environment that encourages student growth This position provides an opportunity to develop meaningful connections with students and be instrumental in their growth.
