We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team for weekend/Holiday coverage. Duties Live answer all incoming calls Schedule appointments Respond to all incoming emails and new lead inquiries Book all online scheduling requests Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all customer interactions Experience Service Titan experience is a must Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping Experience with outbound calling, analytical skills, and call center operations is advantageous Typing proficiency to ensure quick and accurate data entry during interactions Ability to handle urgent situations with professionalism and urgency Join us in delivering exceptional service that makes a difference! Pay:
