About Us:
CyberSolutions is a dynamic, mid-sized Managed IT Service Provider with a team of 19 engineers and technicians. Headquartered in South Carolina, we provide IT support and solutions to business clients across the state, as well as in North Carolina, Georgia, California, Texas, and Florida. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, responsive service and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our service delivery team. This individual will be one of two dispatchers responsible for coordinating IT service requests from our business customers. The dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring service tickets are accurately created, scheduled, and resolved efficiently and professionally.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receive and triage incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, and ConnectWise PSA. Create and manage service tickets in ConnectWise PSA. Schedule and assign tickets to technicians based on skill set, availability, and priority (remote, on-site, or in-house). Monitor ticket progress and follow up with technicians and clients to ensure timely resolution. Perform post-resolution reviews of completed tickets to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Service Manager and engineering team to prioritize work and manage workloads effectively. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (required) Basic understanding of IT concepts (preferred) Experience with ConnectWise PSA or similar PSA tools (preferred) Previous experience in a customer service, scheduling, or coordination role is a plus Why Join Us? $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
