Responsibilities:

Communicating with tow truck operators to provide instructions on location of vehicles and other pertinent information Organizing the dispatch schedule to ensure that all tow trucks are staffed with qualified drivers on time Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, using proper telephone etiquette Dispatch service vehicles to customer locations in an efficient and timely manner Maintain updated knowledge of roadways, traffic conditions, and construction projects that may impact service times Keep customers updated on estimated arrival times of service vehicles Monitor service vehicles via GPS tracking system to ensure they remain on schedule Notify customers of any changes in estimated arrival time Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner Record all pertinent information from each call into company software ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Dispatching & customer service, sales, or other related fields Positive and professional demeanor High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong computer skills Flexible schedule and availability
