And we have no plans of slowing down. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily last-mile delivery operations. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, assigning routes, monitoring dispatch activities, and helping resolve delivery issues in real time. The Dispatcher will work closely with drivers, DSPs, warehouse staff, and the operations team to ensure routes leave the warehouse accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Assign daily delivery routes to drivers and DSPs. Confirm drivers receive the correct route and delivery information. Monitor route departures and make adjustments when needed. Communicate with drivers regarding route updates, delays, and delivery issues. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure packages are assigned to the correct routes. Identify and report missing, mis-sorted, or incorrectly loaded packages. Assist drivers with basic operational questions and delivery exceptions. Monitor daily dispatch progress and escalate major issues to supervisors. Maintain accurate dispatch records and basic operational reports. Ensure drivers follow company policies and safety requirements. Support other daily dispatch and operational tasks as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and team members. Ability to handle time-sensitive issues and changing priorities. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Comfortable standing and walking during the shift. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or last-mile delivery preferred. Familiarity with delivery routes and driver coordination preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
