This role involves coordinating daily operations, providing excellent customer service, managing internal communications, and handling accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in phone communication, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and team members alike.

this is a busy position-it combines dispatching, scheduling, customer communication, and accounting support. Responsibilities Manage the daily service schedule and work to keep it full Route technicians as efficiently as possible using ServiceTitan Adjust the schedule throughout the day as jobs and priorities change Communicate with technicians and customers to keep jobs on track Follow up with customers on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) Assist with accounts payable (AP), bills, and other basic accounting tasks Help with general administrative responsibilities around the office
Qualifications:
Extremely organized and detail-oriented Confident in decision-making and problem-solving throughout the day Strong communication skills with customers and technicians Able to make calls to collect outstanding balances Capable of handling interruptions and shifting priorities without losing focus Dependable with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities Quick learner of new software and processes Positive, professional attitude, team player Prior accounting experience or relevant schooling is a plus but not required Route technicians efficiently using ServiceTitan Adjust the schedule as jobs and priorities change during the day Communicate with technicians and customers to keep jobs on track Follow up with customers on outstanding accounts receivable Assist with accounts payable, bills, and basic accounting tasks Support general administrative duties around the office. Who Will Do Well in This Role We're looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making decisions and solving problems throughout the day Confident communicating with both customers and technicians Comfortable making calls to collect outstanding balances Able to handle interruptions and changing priorities without losing track of what needs to get done Dependable and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities Comfortable learning new software and processes Positive, professional, and able to work well with a team Accounting experience or relevant schooling is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Route technicians as efficiently as possible using Service Titan. Adjust the schedule throughout the day as jobs and priorities change Communicate with technicians and customers to keep jobs on track Follow up with customers on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) Assist with accounts payable (AP), bills, and other basic accounting tasks Help with general administrative responsibilities around the office Schedule Monday-Friday |
Base Schedule:
8:30 AM-4:30 PM 1-hour lunch The standard schedule for this position is 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, but we have flexibility for the right person. If you're a strong fit for the role but need a slightly different start or end time, we're open to having that conversation. This is a full-time, in-office position. One Last Thing We're not looking for someone who just wants to answer phones and enter information into a computer. We're looking for someone who wants to own the schedule, stay ahead of problems, communicate with the team, and become someone the office can depend on. Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
