Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator/office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to provide excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to scheduling and appointment management.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
- Transcribe important information accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project coordination.
- Handle order entry tasks as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Utilize medical office knowledge to assist in scheduling medical appointments.
Skills:
- Proficient in typing and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a medical office is a plus.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of order entry processes.
- Customer support experience is beneficial.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00- $20.
