About Us DMV Restorations is a fast-paced restoration, remodeling, and renovation company serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. We're looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Approvals & Dispatch Coordinator to keep our field operations running smoothly — managing approvals, dispatching technicians, and ensuring every Work Order is completed and billed on time. Key Responsibilities Approvals Management Manage all jobs requiring approvals and related purchasing activity Ensure approvals strictly follow company pricing sheets — no exceptions Approve or deny all approval requests Communication Monitor and respond to email inbox within timely manner Maintain ongoing communication with technicians and subcontractors regarding approvals Route on-site apartment issues to the office and log notes on the Work Order Dispatching Dispatch daily work assignments to technicians and subcontractors Finalize and dispatch the full schedule daily Assign additional work throughout the day as the schedule develops Work Order Management Ensure same-day completion of Work Orders requiring approvals — complete info, photos/receipts, GP-compliant pricing, and notes from all team members Close all prior-day Work Orders within 24 hours Support billing completion within 48 hours of job finish date What We're Looking For Fluent in Spanish and English (required) — daily communication with technicians and subcontractors Strong time management skills; able to prioritize and stay ahead of deadlines Highly detail-oriented — comfortable documenting every interaction, down to phone calls Comfortable coordinating with a wide range of subcontractors consistently and professionally Positive, solutions-oriented attitude — negativity is not tolerated at DMV Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and meet firm daily deadlines
