Depending on experienceJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to coordinate commercial HVAC service calls, schedule technicians, and help keep daily operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch commercial HVAC service technicians.

Coordinate multiple service calls and technician schedules throughout the day.

Answer customer phone calls and respond professionally to service requests.

Communicate with technicians, customers, and internal teams.

Maintain accurate scheduling and service records.

Use Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Outlook for daily operations.

Manage priorities and scheduling changes in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently based on service needs and location.

Requirements5-10 years of commercial service dispatch experience required.

Strong knowledge of HVAC/mechanical terminology required.

Experience scheduling 10+ technicians is a plus.

Strong phone communication and customer service skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience with Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Outlook.

Housecall Pro experience is a plus.

Stable and consistent work history.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work ScheduleThis is a 100% on-site position in Vancouver, WA. Remote work is not available.

CompensationStarting pay is $25/hour, with the final rate negotiable based on commercial service dispatch and mechanical/HVAC experience.
