One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Supervisor Ground Ambulance Coordinator, you will assist management in overseeing department operations, ensuring optimal staffing, financial compliance, and high-quality patient care. Every day you will coordinate operations, including schedules, staffing, payroll, and financial oversight. You will supervise daily department activities, including policy enforcement, delegation of tasks, and workflow management. The supervisor will also Manage supply and medication inventories and facilitate training, mentorship, and shift reports for staff.
