Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency management plans and procedures. Coordinate training and drills for staff and community partners to enhance preparedness. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats. Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency response agencies and stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate emergency response efforts, making recommendations for improvements. Prepare and manage the emergency management budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations related to emergency management. Lead post-incident reviews to analyze response effectiveness and implement lessons learned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency management or a related field.
