By advancing a consistent, compliant, and continuously improving business continuity program, it helps the organization remain resilient and ready to serve members through disruption What You'll Do Lead the enterprise Emergency Response and Business Continuity Program to ensure the organization is prepared for incidents, crises, and disasters Strengthen business continuity plans through annual reviews, documentation, testing, and updates across business units Guide leaders and subject matter experts in developing practical emergency plans, clear response criteria, and well-defined responder responsibilities Improve organizational readiness by designing, scheduling, and evaluating emergency management and recovery training for staff Drive continuous improvement by facilitating lessons-learned reviews, evaluating plan performance, and implementing recommended changes Maintain regulatory and organizational compliance through accurate records, management reporting, annual NCUA documentation, and program oversight Optimize program resources by evaluating cost-effectiveness and planning capital and annual budget requirements for emergency response systems, projects, and services Why You'll Love This Role Make an enterprise-wide impact by helping protect employees, members, and critical operations Shape a high-visibility resilience program with direct influence on organizational preparedness and recovery Partner across business units, emergency management teams, recovery teams, leaders, and subject matter experts Turn real-world lessons into meaningful improvements that strengthen future response Build expertise across business continuity, emergency management, regulatory readiness, training, and strategic planning

Experience:

Required 3-7 years of proven, directly correlated experience 2-3 years of experience influencing others to action Preferred Emergency lead role with a medium to large organization Financial organization experience

Skills & Knowledge:

Required Good and Proven Decision-Making and Analytical Skills PC Skills (Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Share Point) Software system administration skills Rudimentary experience in developing workflows (such as in Power Apps) Proven Influencer Skills Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills Preferred Robust software system administration skills Experience in use of

2CF The expected pay range for this position is $94,764 - $96,195 annually. Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.
