We are seeking an Overnight Building Operations Manager for our Crisis Receiving Center and Crisis Stabilization Unit. The Overnight Building Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the building during overnight hours Monday through Friday (11pm-7am).

REGISTERED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECH OR A

QMHP or Higher (PREFERRED)

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide direct care and support to individuals in crisis, including emotional support and crisis intervention. Serve as the overnight lead during emergencies, coordinating crisis response efforts with staff, maintenance personnel, security teams, emergency services, and leadership while following established escalation and risk management protocols. Provide supervision, guidance, and support to overnight staff, ensuring appropriate client care, adherence to treatment plans, and effective management of shift operations. Coordinate after-hours vendor, contractor, and visitor access while maintaining building security, operational efficiency, and compliance with facility procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate client needs, significant incidents, and operational updates to support seamless transitions between shifts and continuity of services.

Qualifications and Skills :

BHT required, QMHP preferred 5 years of management experience Experience managing building operations during overnight shifts. Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulation Property management or facilities management certification. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
