Facilities & Warehouse Manager Sun Life Health | Casa Grande, AZ Join a Mission-Driven Healthcare Organization Sun Life Health is seeking an experienced Facilities & Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, and vendor partnerships across our growing network of community health centers. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys improving operations, managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring facilities remain safe, efficient, and compliant, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As the Facilities & Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations that keep our clinics running efficiently by: Leading warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and distribution Managing preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple healthcare locations Coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers Ensuring compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, fire/life safety, and other regulatory standards Supervising warehouse and facilities staff while promoting accountability and teamwork Managing departmental budgets, contracts, and operational expenses Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes Supporting remodels, equipment installations, facility expansions, and special projects Maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment for employees and patients What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while leading both people and projects. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card The Ideal Candidate Has Experience With Facilities maintenance and building operations Inventory management and warehouse operations Vendor and contractor management OSHA and regulatory compliance Budget management and cost control Preventive maintenance programs Project coordination Process improvement Team leadership
