Job description: Margie Mae's Holiday Decor is a family-owned Arizona business providing white-glove holiday décor for homes and businesses across Phoenix and Tucson. We are hiring an Interior Decor Manager, internally titled Director of Styling, to own our décor styling operation end to end, leading multiple teams and carrying real accountability for how every season comes together, budget included. This is a leadership role for someone who can run an operation, not just a shift. We can teach management. We can't teach an eye for design. If you already have that eye, and you know how to lead a team, we want to talk to you.
