In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle-scoping, planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout-ensuring strict adherence to security, safety, and compliance requirements. You will manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and stakeholders while driving risk mitigation and quality standards. Operating within JLL's performance-driven, collaborative culture, you'll help deliver innovative, sustainable, and technology-enabled solutions across a global commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of secured environment real estate and facility projects from scope through closeout. Coordinate design, construction, and security requirements to meet client, regulatory, and risk standards. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Engage and manage vendors, contractors, and consultants, negotiating scopes and monitoring performance. Serve as primary client contact, providing proactive communication, reporting, and issue resolution. Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to security, continuity, and compliance. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client security protocols. Drive continuous improvement, leveraging JLL tools, data, and best practices in project management.
