Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Proficiency in core counseling skills, management, and leadership Adaptability and confidence working one-on-one, in groups, and with entire classrooms Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative spirit Exceptional oral and written communication abilities Organizational talent and creative problem-solving mindset Keen eye for process analysis and a drive to improve systems supporting student outcomes

Responsibilities:

Deliver counseling services tailored to individual, group, and classroom needs Consult and collaborate with staff, families, and community partners Monitor student progress, addressing social, emotional, and academic challenges as they arise Develop, implement, and evaluate interventions to improve student well-being Maintain accurate records and prepare thoughtful reports to support ongoing student services Analyze current counseling initiatives, proposing solutions to enhance effectiveness
