Facilities Coordinator Merit Staffing Cerritos, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Property maintenance Vendor relationship management Property management company experience Manual handling Full Job Description The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional work environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides daily, on-site support to help keep the office clean, safe, organized, and running smoothly. Receives, organizes, and puts away office, breakroom, and facility supplies and helps maintain appropriate inventory levels. Identifies and reports maintenance or facility issues and helps coordinate timely resolution Meets and escorts vendors and contractors while they are on-site and provides access to appropriate work areas. Maintains a visible on-site presence and serves as a point of contact for employees who need assistance with workplace or facility-related issues Qualifications & Skills Experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or a related field with relevant degrees or certificates preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facilities tools. Physical Requirements This position may require occasional hands-on work and physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. This is a full-time, in-office role. Work schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
