The Facility Maintenance Technician also ensures the cleanliness of the Health Club by teaching, leading, and coaching the onsite janitorial team. Reliable transportation is a must! Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• -Performing routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, changing shower cartridges and fixtures, fixing water leaks, leaking faucets, and water fountains.
• -Performing routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent lamps and assisting in repairing ballast and light fixtures.
• -Repairing and replacing doors, doorknobs, locks, and locker doors. Repairing door closures and patching holes in walls.
• -Using our Purchase Order System to purchase supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects.
• -Verifying the cleanliness of the facility.
• -Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training janitorial staff.
