Integrative Physician- MD/DO

The Center for New Medicine and Cancer Center for Healing, under the leadership of Medical Director Leigh Erin Connealy, MD, is expanding and seeking a dedicated Physician (MD or DO) with a passion for Integrative and Functional Medicine to join our growing clinical team. Located in Irvine, California, our clinic is internationally recognized for our innovative approach to healthcare, combining advanced diagnostics, evidence-informed integrative therapies, and personalized care to support patients with cancer, chronic illness, and complex medical conditions. Our physicians work with patients across a wide spectrum of care, including: Integrative cancer care and supportive oncology Chronic and complex conditions such as autoimmune disease, metabolic dysfunction, and inflammatory disorders. Early detection and disease prevention. Human optimization, longevity, and wellness. As one of the largest integrative and functional medicine clinics in North America, our state-of-the-art facility brings together a multidisciplinary team of physicians, naturopathic doctors, and specialists to deliver truly comprehensive, whole-person care. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify underlying drivers of disease and develop personalized treatment plans using integrative and functional medicine principles. Lead new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and long-term care plans while supporting patients with cancer, chronic illness, and complex health concerns. Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and integrative therapies, empowering them to actively participate in their healing journey. Order and interpret diagnostic testing and coordinate referrals to in-house or external specialists when appropriate. Learn and integrate clinic treatment protocols and advanced modalities into patient care to support whole-person healing. Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation within the EMR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care. Work closely with medical assistants, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure seamless patient care and communication across departments.

Qualifications:

MD or DO with an active or eligible California Medical License. Valid DEA license. Experience or strong alignment in Integrative or Functional Medicine. Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Organized and detail-oriented with strong EMR proficiency. Passion for for whole-person, patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of Functional Medicine Modules through ACAM.org or ACIM Connect, IFM, or A4M, or similar programs. Experience in Integrative Cancer Care. Experience treating complex chronic conditions

$350,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
