Job Description
Description Reporting to the DGSOM Building Operations Manager, the Building Coordinator serves as the primary coordinator for CHS building operations, access control. Serves as backup coverage for building coordinators and delivers cross-building operational assistance as needed. Oversees CHS loading dock B, and the conference rooms at CHS, conducting regular facility inspections, coordinating maintenance follow-up, tracking projects, and reviewing access and security needs. Ensures continuity of operations by assuming oversight responsibilities for assigned facilities and programs during staff absences and vacation coverage. The Building Coordinator supports distribution of building management services to occupants of DGSOM buildings as provided by other organizations or as outlined in Sales & Services agreements. Works on special projects to support changes in Building Management Operations. Works with the team closely connected to School leadership and committed to the mission, vision, and values of the DGSOM.
Salary Range:
$30.77 - $46.87 HourlyBenefits
