In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our facility while ensuring compliance with EHS regulations. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe and functional work environment. Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including vendor management and contract negotiations. Lead training programs for staff on EHS practices and emergency response procedures. Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, including energy usage and waste management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for EHS-related inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on EHS. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software. Certifications in EHS or Facilities Management (e.g., OSHA, LEED) are a plus.
