Job Description
Facilities Technician & Administrative Coordinator Position Overview This hybrid role supports facilities management, office errands, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast pace environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility upkeep, cleanliness, and organization
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Light handyman work
- Run business errands (supplies or equipment pick-up/drop-off, etc)
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, tracking logs
- Maintain compliance and safety standards Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- At least 1 year of administrative and facilities experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional, service orientated demeanor
- Comfortable lifting 25-40lbs)
- Flexibility traveling to several offices (Temecula, Redlands, Riverside, Ontario, etc.
