As a Facilities Attendant, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. About the Role The Facilities Attendant helps maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of our clinic sites. From minor repairs and landscaping to supporting safety initiatives and responding to facility needs, this role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Perform general maintenance, including preventative care for HVAC and other systems Support installation, repairs, and upkeep of facility equipment Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas Assist with office moves, conference room setups, and special events Pick up, deliver, and transport supplies or equipment between locations Respond promptly to facility requests and provide excellent customer service We Offer a Cadillac Benefits Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and 9 Paid Holidays Life Insurance 401(k) with up to 4% Employer Match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Gym membership discountsRequirements:
1+ year of experience in a healthcare facility or related experience Possess a valid California Driver's License and be insurable to drive MCHC vehicles Preferred High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related experienceSimilar remote jobs
