GED Full Job Description Facilities Manager Schedules:
8:30 am•5 pm (Monday•Friday) some on call duties will be required for emergencies.
Compensation:
$60,000•$70,000 $ + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave) We?re looking for a Facilities Manager who is highly organized, energetic, process-oriented, and efficient. The Facilities Manager ensures that the facility is clean, well maintained, and operating smoothly, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry, and kitchen operations Manage vendor relationships and bids for services Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems Supervise housekeeping staff including hiring, training, and performance management Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment Develop and implement emergency and fire evacuation plans Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for building emergencies Improve systems and processes continuously Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
