Responsibilities:

Vacuum, mop, sweep, clean, and empty waste baskets Clean windows and doors Restock cleaning supplies and restroom items Operate commercial cleaning equipment Answer and respond to phone calls, such as spills, wet floors, and general clean-up Pick up trash in the parking lot and around the outside of the store Sanitation of the facility restrooms and their fixtures Report any needed repairs to the supervisor, including but not limited to leaky faucets, toilets, loose tiles, or broken fixtures Maintain a high attention to detail, ensuring all areas of the property are clean and meet Scheels' expectations for appearance

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or 1-3 months of experience

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Heavy work

•Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Schedule and Compensation:
Hours:

Average of 15-20 hours per week

The Shift:

2-3 evening shifts from (5:00 PM

•9:00 PM) with product knowledge team trainings every other week on a Tuesday or Wednesday from 5:15 PM

•6:45 PM.

Weekends:

Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM

•9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM

•6:00 PM).

Pay:

The hourly rate posted includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage.

Closing Date:
