Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Facilities Assistant to support daily workplace operations in Connecticut. This is a Contract position focused on keeping shared office spaces clean, orderly, and ready for employee use throughout the day. The ideal candidate is hands-on, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling routine facilities tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain pantry, kitchen, and break room areas so they remain tidy, organized, and presentable during business hours.
- Refill coffee, drinks, snacks, and other shared supplies to ensure common areas are consistently stocked.
- Clean counters, tables, appliances, and other high-use surfaces to promote a well-organized office environment.
- Track inventory levels of workplace and pantry items and alert the Facilities team when replenishment is needed.
- Organize and distribute facility-related supplies across the office as operational needs arise.
- Address day-to-day facilities requests and assist with general office support tasks in a timely manner.
- Partner with colleagues on the Facilities team to help create a smooth and positive employee experience.
