We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Facility Solutions Manager to join our Orlando team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems, managing multiple projects, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business growth. What You'll Do As a Facility Solutions Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their facilities receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through regular communication and site visits. Conduct facility inspections and ensure all services meet City Wide's quality standards. Coordinate and manage a network of service vendors and contractors. Proactively identify facility needs and recommend customized maintenance solutions. Resolve service issues quickly and professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Manage multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Track service performance, document inspections, and provide regular updates to clients. Success in This Role The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and highly organized. Requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience in account management, facilities management, property management, operations, customer success, project management, or B2B sales. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field. Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Orlando area.
