Job Description

Job Summary :
Norman Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Work Order Coordinator to manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs for our rental properties. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between tenants, maintenance technicians, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient resolution of work orders. Responsibilities
  • Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants
  • Create, assign, and track work orders in property management software
  • Schedule repairs with maintenance staff and outside vendors
  • Follow up to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
  • Communicate updates clearly with tenants, owners, and vendors
  • Obtain estimates and invoices for approval and processing
  • Prioritize emergency maintenance situations appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
