A Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of a facility's infrastructure and equipment ensuring facility systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the seamless operation of our facilities. Duties Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, air compressors, DI water, and exhaust systems. Troubleshoot and repair facility infrastructure and equipment to minimize downtime.

• Support facility upgrades, installations, and renovations related to cleanroom and manufacturing environments. Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and environmental controls.

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulations and company safety policies. Maintain documentation for inspections, maintenance logs, and equipment performance. Assist with contractor coordination and supervise vendor work as needed. Skills High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience, ideally in semiconductor, solar, or other cleanroom-based manufacturing. Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, high-purity gas systems, or solar cell production equipment a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and equipment manuals. Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance management software. Strong attention to detail; troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management. Wastewater experience preferred

Working Conditions:

Work is primarily in a manufacturing environment with moderate to heavy exposure to loud equipment, toxic chemicals and hazardous materials. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions. Physical Requirements Physical requirements include frequent walking in the plant, visual acuity to identify potential hazards and moderate lifting up to 50lbs. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions.

Pay:
