Facilities Technician Our client is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the equipment and building systems that keep their facility running smoothly. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime, supporting safe operations, and keeping systems compliant with manufacturer and industry standards. This role is on-site in Lewiston, Idaho. Facilities Technician Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and lubrication to keep equipment and building systems operating properly. Diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues to reduce downtime and maintain optimal performance. Install and upgrade equipment in line with manufacturer specifications and applicable industry standards. Keep accurate, up-to-date records of maintenance work, including work orders, schedules, and equipment histories. Coordinate with fellow technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities run smoothly. Follow established safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and lockout/tagout procedures. Stay current on industry trends, manufacturer guidance, and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes. Facilities Technician Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, with solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability, including familiarity with CMMS software and related tools. Experience maintaining and monitoring Building Management Systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and facilities management platforms such as Famis 360,

FM:

Systems, or Planon. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies that support productivity and decision-making in a professional setting is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or an associate's degree in a related field is preferred. Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and to climb ladders, stairs, or work at heights as needed.

Compensation:
