As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth, we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team at TAG as a Facilities Manager. •Responsibilities•The person selected for this role will lead facilities management strategy and execution to ensure that TAG brands continue to provide access to care in facilities that demonstrate best-in-class safety, cleanliness, and functionality. This position will be responsible for the following: + Lead and develop a team of Facilities Coordinators, overseeing the day-to-day facility management of building equipment and maintenance issues across multiple locations over a large geographic territory + Set performance expectations, coach team members on troubleshooting techniques, vendor communication, issue escalation, and manage staffing, workload distribution, and career development within the team + Assist with vendor strategy: run down master service agreements and pricing, evaluate vendor performance against service level agreements, and make recommendations on vendor retention, escalation, or replacement + Assist with establishing and monitoring KPIs and service level parameters across the team; hold both internal team members and external vendors accountable to performance standards + Analyze work order history, spend trends, and budget data to identify cost-saving opportunities, recurring issues, and process improvements; present findings and recommendations to senior leadership + Oversee subcontractor sourcing and onboarding processes, ensuring a reliable and compliant vendor network is maintained across the territory + Oversee billing operations for the Facilities Department, ensuring accurate GL coding and location coding in coordination with TAG billing, and resolving escalated billing discrepancies + Plan, scope, and oversee mid-to-large scale facilities projects from initiation through completion, providing technical guidance and direction to coordinators and field techs + Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact facility issues that require cross-functional coordination or executive visibility + Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Real Estate, Finance, Practice Support) on facilities-related initiatives and standards + Need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility to support the team and business needs outside standard hours as required + Participate in and oversee the on-call escalation structure, ensuring adequate after-hours emergency coverage across the team •Minimum Education and Experience•+ The candidate selected for this challenging opportunity will possess strong leadership skills alongside exceptional customer service instincts and a demonstrated 'sense of urgency. + A minimum of 5-7 years' experience managing a division or staff is required, including staff management, process development, and performance oversight. Skill in both verbal and written communications meet the needs of different customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Significant prior experience in multi-unit facilities management concepts and best practices is required, along with a track record of negotiating vendor contracts and managing vendor relationships strategically. + delegate and to work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects and team priorities is essential. Experience with medical or dental equipment care, maintenance, and operation is strongly preferred. + Critical to this role will be strong analytical and critical thinking skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to make real-time decisions under pressure. This role will likely involve occasional travel and a flexible schedule. + A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with several years of progressive experience in facilities management, ideally including prior supervisory or management experience.
