• Strategy & Change Leadership What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Leading end-to-end transformation programs, from strategy development through execution and embedding change Driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise functions Advising C-suite and senior leadership on strategic priorities, competitive positioning, and organizational redesign Managing and mentoring consulting teams across multiple workstreams and client engagements Conducting stakeholder analysis, designing change roadmaps, and building executive alignment around transformation objectives Synthesizing complex business data and market intelligence to shape strategic recommendations Serving as a trusted advisor on regulatory, operational, and commercial risk in highly regulated industries What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 10-15 years of consulting, strategy, or enterprise transformation experience, including 5+ years leading and developing teams Proven track record leading large-scale transformation, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives Strategic business acumen and ability to translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations Strong executive presence and experience advising senior leadership and board-level stakeholders SAP Certified Professional or equivalent ERP systems expertise Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals) Familiarity with Agile transformation or digital modernization initiatives Prior experience in cross-functional leadership roles spanning operations, technology, and commercial functions What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Opportunity to shape strategic direction and drive measurable business transformation for marquee clients Scope to mentor and develop senior-level consulting talent and emerging leaders Exposure to C-suite decision-making and high-impact strategic advisory work Potential for rapid advancement into principal-level or partnership tracks Engagement on complex, multi-year transformation programs with lasting organizational impact Flexibility, professional development resources, and collaborative consulting environment About Specialist Staffing Group Specialist Staffing Group is a leading provider of specialized consulting talent, connecting senior advisors with transformational opportunities across strategy, operations, technology, and change management.
