Timber Creek Village Assisted Living is currently seeking a compassionate Healthcare Facility Administration Leader to oversee the daily staffing operations in all departments and community care within our senior home.

The right candidate must have:

• Strong leadership skills, plus effective communication skills to inspire your team of caregivers, residents & resident families.
• Experience in hiring/training personnel and building a team that works together & empowers each to feel valued, respected & motivated
• Strong decision-making, conflict management & problem-solving skills
• Take pride in managing a senior living community and facilitating a higher quality of life for residents residing in the facility
• The ability to network and create positive community relationships
• Balancing the needs of staff, residents & the facility while adhering to all state rules & regulations
• Maintaining proper licensures & state-required education
• Attention to detail is a must
• A desire to learn and grow with a well-established company
• Must follow facility procedures & protocols set forth by management and communicate daily with the management team, as well as complete proper documentation when required Qualifications include:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• A degree is preferred
• 2 years of healthcare experience
