2988841122-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Project Manager to lead complex, multi-site real estate and facility projects for corporate clients. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of initiatives from planning through delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, drive standardized processes, and provide clear reporting and insights. Operating in JLL's performance-driven, collaborative culture, you'll help clients achieve strategic, sustainable outcomes in the built environment while growing your career on high-profile projects. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of a portfolio of real estate and facility projects for key clients Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets Monitor portfolio performance, forecasts, and KPIs; prepare reports and executive-ready dashboards Drive risk management, issue resolution, and change control across multiple concurrent projects Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into portfolio roadmaps Implement and refine standardized processes, tools, and governance for project delivery Support sustainability, technology, and innovation initiatives in the built environment Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulations Required Skills Portfolio management Project management Budgeting and financial analysis Commercial real estate knowledge Risk management Data and KPI reporting Vendor and contract management Stakeholder management Process improvement Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
