Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: 1. New Center Project Management o Build and execute project timeline for the opening of all new centers o Direct regional construction bidding and contractor selection o Manage cross-functional teams involved in opening of centers o Serve as liaison with architects, engineers, insurers, legal counsel, and external consultants o Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, codes and filing requirements 2. Strategic Center Renovations o Partner with local center directors to assess conditions of existing facilities. o Recommend strategic center renovations and improvements o Manage the centralized national capital budget 3. Procurement o Assist in the procurement of furniture, equipment and art o Manage the logistics of ordering, storing and shipping furniture, equipment and art o Ensure all design elements create a warm and welcoming environment 4. Vendor & Local Director Coordination o Negotiate contracts with national and regional vendors o Partner with Finance on insurance and tax exemptions o Coordinate with local center directors to resolve issues with national vendors and advise on local facilities issues. o Ensure all required business licenses are renewed and filed on time.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Passionate commitment to Women's Care Center's pro-life mission Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of management experience in facilities operations or property management. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously required. Exceptionally organized and attentive to detail.
