Facilities/IT Coordinator Confidential Sales Wichita, KS Job Details Full-time $23 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Fleet management High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Construction experience Time management Full Job Description The Facilities/IT Coordinator provides general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of multiple offices/facilities in Kansas and the various equipment within. This position also helps handle various concerns of the Company's Fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will also possess some IT skills to help with troubleshooting and administering minor IT needs within the company. Responsibilities Perform or supervises maintenance repair work, alterations, remodeling, minor construction Coordinates use of specialty contractors as the circumstances indicate, upon Operations approval Respond to all facility inquiries and work orders, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action Performs all scheduled maintenance, checks and inspections of building structures and equipment, and keeps appropriate records. Performs manual duties as requested (i.e., moving supplies or furniture, replacing light bulbs, removing trash or scrap material). Maintains a thorough working knowledge of all facility systems and the physical building. Provides support to the Company Fleet of vehicles for maintenance, transportation and allocation. Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various IT equipment, including computers, cell phones, and general office electronics. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of general maintenance experience or a trade-related field High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, time management, prioritization, and organization skills Preferred Qualifications Trade Certification or Education 3-5 years facilities maintenance experience 1-2 years working in IT environment DOT compliance and regulation experience
