Job Description

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Office & Facilities Manager within our Executive division. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations in the Wichita KS location. This role leads to facilities management, maintenance, security, access management, and general office responsibilities. You will report directly to the VP of Facilities Management.
How We Work
As Office and Facilities Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
• Assigned workspace in the Wichita, KS office
• Company-issued equipment Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include: Maintain office supply levels, including snacks, beverages, and essentials.
Oversee day-to-day cleanliness and organization of shared office spaces.
Perform regular inventory checks and set expectations for shared space usage.
Handle facility management duties, including communication with landlords, maintenance teams and vendors.
Submit timely maintenance requests and follow up to ensure the office functions properly.
Escort maintenance workers and external office visitors (e.g., Shred-It pick-up personnel) throughout the office to ensure safety and uphold security protocols.
Manage security footage for the office.
Oversee the issuance and return of temporary badges for employees who forget or lose their permanent badges.
Ensure badge access processes are followed to maintain a secure and accountable workplace.
Coverage for the receptionist while on breaks, lunch, vacation, and sick days.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills 3+ Years in office operations, facilities management, or administrative leadership
Strong Organizational, verbal and written communication, and vendor management Skills
Experience handling office equipment (Printers and Multi-function copiers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and ServiceNow
