Job Description

Job Overview:
SKY Property Management currently manages over 4,500 multi-family and single-family homes in Kentucky and Tennessee. We are seeking a skilled, hard-working individual who thrives in a team environment to join our Facilities Department.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous property management or facilities coordination experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Coordinate the unit turn process from move out through completion with a focus on getting vacant units rent ready efficiently and on schedule
  • Receives, assigns, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly
  • Closes and bills work order requests upon completion.
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, schedules and documentation related to turns and maintenance activity
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance technicians and third party vendors for turn related work, including repairs, painting, cleaning, flooring and other services as needed
  • Acts as liaison between tenants or property owners and any 3rd party contractors needed to resolve specialized problems
  • Source new vendors, establish relationships, and enter vendor contract details into AppFolio
  • Communicate delays, scheduling conflicts, additional repair needs, and other issues that may impact rent-ready dates
  • Monitor turn progress and follow up with technicians and vendors to ensure work is completed within established timelines
  • Review upcoming and active unit turns and maintain turn schedules, deadlines, and status updates
  • Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and emergency preparedness planning as needed
  • Complete special projects as designated by member of the executive management team

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
