The sexton ensures that our facilities remain a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment for our congregation, staff, and community. Key Responsibilities Facility maintenance

• minor repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance inside & outside the church Set-up & Events
• Prepare rooms for weekly worship services, meetings and events Security & Access
• Open and close the facility, manage basic security protocols, and check doors, windows and alarm systems Groundskeeping
• Mow, weed, and keep entrances & walkways clear of litter, debris, and snow Work with outside vendors Qualifications & Skills Experience in general building maintenance Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders and stand/walk for extended periods.
