PM Job Summary:
Equipment & Facilities Technician | Fairdale, KY Wise Staffing Group is hiring an Equipment & Facilities Technician to support production equipment and facility systems in an automotive manufacturing environment. Candidates should have 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. HVAC, PLC, robotics, and automotive manufacturing experience are highly preferred. Full-time opportunity with competitive pay and growth potential. Preferred:
Automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier experience. Experience with PLCs, robotics, conveyors, or automated production equipment. HVAC and compressed air systems experience. Technical certifications in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial maintenance.
CMMS/EAM
maintenance system experience. Bilingual English/Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment issues. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and restore production operations. Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems. Assist with equipment installations, startups, upgrades, and facility improvement projects. Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and work orders. Support OSHA safety programs, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and environmental compliance initiatives. Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or
GED. 2-5
years of industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Ability to read schematics, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation. Understanding of preventive maintenance and industrial safety practices #HSM125
