Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Assist Facility Manager by ensuring the efficient and proper operations of the facility maintenance department and staff during assigned shift Schedule and delegate assignments to maintenance and housekeeping staff Oversee preventive maintenance procedures and schedules Physically respond to emergency situations, i.e., fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak, or any other emergency or repair Oversee daily cleaning of the property including Casino floor, restrooms, slot machines, etc Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
