Role:

As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the operations, maintenance, and performance of facilities supporting a major organization in the healthcare and well-being sector. This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class workplace experience by ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments while building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. You will oversee facility operations, manage vendors and contractors, support capital projects, and lead a team focused on operational excellence across a portfolio of buildings.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a facilities team to ensure high performance and service excellence. Oversee daily building operations, maintenance activities, and facility service delivery. Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and improvement projects. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner. Manage operating budgets, capital expenditures, and financial reporting. Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities to improve operational performance. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including service agreements, procurement, and invoicing.
