This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting production through preventive maintenance, team development, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of facilities associates Oversee HVAC, steam, compressed air, hydraulic, electrical, and water systems Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects Ensure facility equipment operates safely and efficiently to minimize downtime Manage building and grounds maintenance Partner with internal teams and vendors to maintain safety and regulatory compliance Support emergency response planning and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of supervisory experience Manufacturing experience preferred Massachusetts 2nd Class Stationary Engineer License required Why Apply?
