Job Description

Job description: Ensure building-wide cleanliness and upkeep of our local offices (Tewksbury, MA office and Windham, NH office). Responsible for building updates and minor modifications.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND VEHICLE.
Full time or part time availability.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of the facilities.
  • Keep lab and office areas clean and orderly, completing tasks as outlined in the weekly and monthly cleaning schedules and as assigned.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain bathrooms, kitchen/kitchenettes, gym, lunchroom, office areas, incoming, conference rooms, common areas, and hallways.
  • Empty recycling bins once per week.
  • Perform walkthroughs twice per week to address any obvious safety issues, broken lighting, or missed cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with seasonal snow removal, ensure doorways are clear and free of ice and snow.
  • Transport pipes for cutting; various errands as needed.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.
  • Put away supplies and deliveries.
  • Assist with requested building updates and minor modifications.
  • Handle random requests and special projects, as assigned.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
