  • Ellicott City , MD 21043 Overview An industry-leading facilities services organization is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and strategic management of a large public-sector facility.
This on-site leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant facility operations while maintaining strong client relationships, budget performance, and team effectiveness. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities. Serve as primary liaison for client operational, contractual, and financial matters. Manage CMMS accuracy, preventive maintenance programs, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, vendors, subcontractors, and staff. Oversee asset lifecycle planning, compliance, safety, and emergency response. Prepare monthly operational and financial reports. Interpret contracts and ensure compliance with performance requirements. Review blueprints and as-built drawings. Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years facilities management experience. 10+ years leadership experience. Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, security, access control, BAS, and facility infrastructure. Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
