POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Facilities Managerwho will oversee the maintenance, safety, equipment, and grounds to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. H8 RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains bowling lanes, pinsetters, pins, ball returns, bowling balls, scoring equipment and all other related mechanical components Cleans, repairs and adjusts automated scoring equipment Operates heavy equipment (occasional snow removal and lawn care) Identifies replacement parts and supplies; prepares orders Performs major rebuilds and overhauls of equipment as necessary Participates in planning servicing/maintenance budgets and preparing major improvements and repair programs Maintains accurate records of parts, costs, and machine performance Maintains and repairs general business operation equipment Hires, fires, and oversees maintenance and custodian staff Keeps general appearance of interior and exterior of building professional Ability to work as a member of a team
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 3 - 5
years of facility maintenance experience Knowledge of bowling and pinsetter equipment helpful but can train on site Ability to use basic hand tools, lubrication equipment, meters, power tools, etc. Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems on sophisticated machinery and to perform precision mechanical and electrical adjustments Must be 18-years or older Must be able to pass a criminal background check
COMPENSATION

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sitting, standing, walking, driving, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs multiple times per shift, talking, hearing, and seeing. Spends most time indoors with possible exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures for one hour plus. Possible exposure to distracting/uncomfortable noise levels. Risk of bodily injury from mechanical parts, electricity, etc.
