Job Description

TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our TopLine team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. The Facilities Coordinator assist with the procurement of general supplies, equipment, and furnishings to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely distribution. Works directly with the Director of Facilities overseeing the credit union security program, records retention, non-IT fixed assets, property insurance, departmental business continuity planning, and assist with budget development. A successful Facilities Coordinator will be able to do: Ensures all buildings and grounds are well maintained, including oversight of cleaning, repairs, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, fire alarm systems, badge access systems, and minor facility repairs. Work with the Director of Facilities with facility maintenance, renovations, upgrades, and remodels to support daily operations. Assists with branch acquisitions, construction projects, and facility expansions. Assist Director with construction and renovation projects, including vendor selection, budgeting, permitting, inspections, and project completion. Be a key person in running the security program, access controls, badge issuance, key inventory, video surveillance, and working with departments with footage retention. Coordinates the purchase and servicing of furniture and equipment not managed by IT, Operations, or other departments. Assists with maintaining and annual tests of the department's business continuity plan. Communicates significant facilities issues and recommendations to the Director of Facilities. Assists in maintaining current floor plans for all branch and corporate locations. Assists in keeping organized maintenance records, service agreements, and facility documentation. Maintains reliable attendance and oversees contractor performance. Will be an active part in vendor recommendation, maintenance (QPM) and evaluate and schedule repairs. Responsible for Security on multiple levels: Security systems; assigning new badges, adjusting access levels, investigation of alarms - reports, alarm schedules, holidays etc. Cameras; monitor and review them regularly. Will be responsible for pulling/reviewing video at times. Fire systems; annual and semi-annual inspections. Sprinklers, extinguishers and alarms. Answer various alarms calls. Responsible for lock codes, keys etc. Answer facilities and security related questions and concerns. Responsible to assist in resolution of facilities related issues.
Salary Range:
$26.62 - $33.27 (hourly)

Security systems back ground. (2 years' min experience) Building operation system knowledge. Experience working with multiple vendors & contractors. Skilled in a range of light repair and maintenance tasks, such as basic plumbing, furniture assembly, and other general handyman duties. Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
