About the
Role:
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a leading global manufacturer operating a 532,000 sq. ft. production facility specializing in electrical and safety solutions. In this leadership role, you will oversee facility operations, maintenance programs, vendor partnerships, capital projects, and workplace safety initiatives while leading a team dedicated to delivering operational excellence. Based on-site, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead and develop a facilities team responsible for daily building operations, maintenance, and workplace services. Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance activities with technicians, contractors, and service providers. Build strong client partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor on facility performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage operating budgets, capital projects, forecasting, and variance reporting to support business objectives. Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, and building performance. Oversee vendor relationships, contract performance, procurement activities, and invoicing processes. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while modeling CBRE's RISE values
