Our mission is to provide a responsive healing environment and inspire hope through integrated clinical practice, education, and compassionate care. Role Overview The Evening Administrator provides essential leadership and oversight during evening hours, ensuring smooth facility operations and maintaining high standards of care. This position combines administrative expertise with a commitment to supporting our therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Leadership Oversee facility operations during evening hours Support implementation of organizational goals and objectives Execute directives from Executive Director Manage crisis response and emergency protocols Provide supervision and direction to evening staff Quality & Compliance Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness Conduct internal audits for risk management Analyze and present operational data Ensure compliance with policies and procedures Participate in performance improvement initiatives Crisis Management & Safety Lead crisis intervention with residents Maintain facility safety protocols Oversee incident reporting and response Coordinate emergency procedures Support therapeutic environment maintenance Team Development Foster positive staff relationships Promote teamwork and collaboration Guide staff in therapeutic interactions Support professional development Maintain effective communication channels Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience Minimum age of 21 years Valid driver's license Experience in residential care or children's services Understanding of Joint Commission standards and requirements Crisis management experience Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Joint Commission standards Background in behavioral healthcare Leadership experience Quality improvement expertise Risk management background Schedule 10-hour shifts (Sun-Wed 1100-2100) Evening hours Weekend rotation required On-call responsibilities Compensation Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package Benefits Package Health insurance with HSA option Dental and vision coverage Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Referral program Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum Physical mobility for facility rounds Capacity for crisis intervention Extended periods of standing/walking Work Environment Residential treatment setting Fast-paced atmosphere Variable conditions Crisis response situations Team-oriented culture
